Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? Luke 12:25-26 (NIV)
Often times we find ourselves worrying so much about mostly little things that we can't control. Why? It's in our human nature to worry and some may argue that it's a healthy part of living. It's especially difficult for those that are away from their families and/or friends that they miss terribly. However, if you choose not to worry and instead let God take the task of worrying for you, then you can follow and glorify Him without any reservation.
The point is there is no valid or profitable outcome from worrying. Place it in God's hands and you'll be fine. You must trust in God and keep faith in Him!
